The hotel was in a great location with easy access to the city center. The rooms were nice and had all the necessary amenities, although there was noise from the bar below and the ladies' toilet. My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was cozy though a bit noisy due to the bar located nearby, but the beds were incredibly comfortable. The service was top-notch, with a male receptionist going above and beyond to assist me. The location was perfect for exploring the city center, and the dining experience, especially during the steak night, offered great value for money.

After a two-night stay cycling the Welsh coast, the hotel provided clean rooms with all necessary amenities but lacked air conditioning, overlooking a road, and having hot soap dispensers. The service was accommodating and friendly, offering an early breakfast to go. The location was superb for exploring Chester, just a short walk to the city center. The dining experience varied from awful with poorly cooked items to delicious meals served by excellent staff. The facilities were generally good.
